Return policy

  1. If you are not satisfied with the purchased products, you may return them within 14 calendar days from receiving the package.

Return procedure

  • Returning the package is the customer's responsibility (both handing it over to the courier and paying for the shipping).
  • Returned products must contain the original labels intact, along with all documents with which they were delivered.
  • The return fee is 20 RON or 12 RON for Easybox and will be deducted from the total amount refunded.
  • You may ship via any courier of your choice (with the shipping fee paid by the buyer) or we can send our own courier, and the amount of 20 RON or 12 RON for Easybox, according to subsection 3, will be deducted from the return value.
  • Furthermore, the products must be in the same condition as they were delivered and accompanied by all accessories, gifts, or other materials with which they were delivered.

Please note that perfumery and cosmetic products sold through www.unikparfum.ro that have been unsealed cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, in accordance with the provisions of Art. 16, letter e of GEO 34/2014, as updated.

ARTICLE 16 Exemptions from the right of withdrawal

e) sealed products which cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed by the consumer

  • essences or other products that come into direct contact with the skin
  • samples and/or products without a safety seal (equipped with a roll-on system or applicator stick) for health protection or hygiene reasons
  • For a product return to be accepted, items must be in the same condition as they were shipped.
  • The consumer is responsible for any diminished value of the products resulting from their handling.
  • Products whose packaging shows signs of wear, broken seals, torn/peeled film, scratches, dents, or mechanical shocks are not accepted.

Ensure that the returned product is protected during transit by:

  • a suitable box, bubble wrap, or other materials that can provide the product with necessary protection during transport
  • Products packed improperly that have suffered damage during the return are not accepted.

We commit to refunding all payments received from you, without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the date the products physically reach our possession and meet all the above requirements.

  • The refund is made to a bank account.
  • Optionally, if you do not have a bank account, the amount can also be refunded via postal money order.
  • If the returned goods do not comply with the return policy, we are obligated to notify the buyer in writing or by phone regarding the discrepancies found.
  • Products that do not meet the return requirements will be returned to you, and the shipping fee will be borne by the original buyer.

Refund of product value

  • After receiving the package, the customer will be contacted by a member of the Customer Service department and informed about the refund timeline.
  • The refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 business days from confirming the receipt of the return.
  • The refunded amount will cover only the value of the products (NOT the initial shipping of the products, as this was a paid service you benefited from).
  • The money will be returned to the bank account provided by the customer.
